Super friendly. We didn’t enter the store planning to make a purchase today, but left with bed frame, pillows, and a new mattress. Very helpful with providing information on products as well giving insight on them. Very people oriented. You could tell they wanted you to make a purchase with your best interest and what you would enjoy and want, not in their own interest of just making money.

Service is outstanding! Options and selections on display good. Knowledgeable staff that truly wants you to be happy with your choice. No pressure or constant up-selling to get you to go beyond your budget or to hurry your choices. Very happy with our experiences here and their sister-store, Legacy Furniture. Definitely would recommend!

Went to the Bedroom Gallery as our first store to try out mattresses. Kassidy met us and showed us around, explained the features of each mattress, the differences between them, etc. It was refreshing seeing someone so knowledgeable about their job...we were impressed. Thanks, Kassidy!!

We are extremely impressed with the owners of Bedroom Gallery. We are new to Klamath Falls and my husband and my daughters went in to look at the beds last year and found something they both liked and they worked with them setting up the down payments which were very reasonable. Then recently shopped for Mattress and same excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone

The customer service was excellent. Josh and Derek worked to get us the right mattress and furniture even though there were covid related delays, they got it right, The Gallery owners also performed a substantial community service by donating 100 mattress' for those in need. Very commendable!

Awesome customer service! Joshua and Derek made the experience go smooth and easy. Joshua was very knowledgeable about all items we needed. We are moving to Klamath Falls at the end of March and need to furnish bedrooms, living room, and dining room. We found everything we needed at great prices! Bought a few things over the years, bedroom set & TempuraPedic CA King mattress. That was 15 years ago. Sold my house, bought another one & needed a new CA King TempuraPedic mattress. Derick remembered me from before. Spun the wheel & won 2 bags of candy. Received vouchers for lunch truck & ice cream truck. Filled out tickets for their drawing. Derick called me yesterday and said I have won the 2nd top prize, a tool box & $750 of power tools. 😊 YAY!!! Pays to shop local!!! Thanks, Bedroom Gallery!!!

Me and my wife went into the store looking for a new mattress and I had no idea what to expect because I watched YouTube videos on how to shop for a mattress and people were saying that the salesman in mattress stores are pretty much like car salesman and will try to sell you pretty much anything. However our experience in dealing with Derek was the complete opposite because he was in no way a salesman but rather someone who was concerned that we were going to make the right choice in choosing a mattress. He gave us our space and he let us try out as many mattresses as we wanted to in order for us to make the right decision. We felt completely comfortable the whole time we was searching for a mattress and not once did we ever feel pressured into buying anything.
